Meet Zara! Zara was the first cub born to Zuri and Safina on the 13th May 2008. Making Riziki and Karla grandparents too! Zara was rejected by Safi, so she was reared by Zoo director, Kim Simmons (in photos). These photos were taken a couple of weeks before she left the zoo. Zara was sent on to Paradise Wildlife Park, who was then taken to Uganda, along with another lioness Bisa. She is now still living with Bisa and a young male in the Ugandan wildlife reserve, so she is one very well travelled young lady! Very hard to believe that she will be approaching four years this year.
