This is Zuri, mate of Safina (however in this photo he is yet to know it!) This photo was taken in March 2007, after the first time I met him in August 2006 when he was just five weeks old, he and Safi will probably be at the very heart of this blog, as having known them for the majority of their lives, I have been able to capture their growth as well as seeing them develop into parents and now as they are now, just a soppy pair of lions!
